Ingredients

Crust

1 cup flour

1 cup cornstarch (maizena)

1 cup sugar

1 stick butter (1/2 cup)

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt


Filling

8oz cream cheese

14oz can sweetened condensed milk

4 eggs

Vanilla to taste

Directions

Crust
On a flat surface, mix dry ingredients.

Cut butter into dry ingredients

Crack egg into dry ingredients and work with your hands until dough-like

Roll out dough with a French roller (and only a French roller)

Mold into pie mold

Filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into pie mold (with crust already in)

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, check.

Continue baking until top is golden brown.
